Our Mission

The Private Hospital Association Pune District (PHAPD) is a non-profit organisation that works tirelessly to:

• To protect the rights of Private hospitals and to uphold the honour and dignity of every small and large hospital that provides health care services to humanity.
• To guide new entrepreneurs to enhance excellent and professional hospital care for society benefit and to contribute to building of a healthy nation by promoting healthy public health.
• To ensure that small and large private hospitals cater to similar ethical health care, they become centres of excellence and provide globally competitive medical services.
• To encourage new academically interested medicos to facilitate state-of-the-art medical research and encourage scientific activities in the field that are beneficial to society byenlarge.
• To safeguard the financial interests of the member-hospitals so that they can function with free-mind and to provide help in protecting their properties.
• To bring all forms of treatment modules under one roof and take part in the free discussion of problems affecting their services.
• To help and protect all member-hospitals against unwarranted impositions of rules and regulations by the government, law and order issues, political pressures, regulatory compliance, medical personal harrassment, defamation management etc.
• To ensure, educate, and promote moral and ethical standards in the functioning of Private hospitals so that the nobility of the profession stays high in the minds of society.
• To encourage companionship and cooperation among the members of the association.
• To unite all members and create a likeminded working environment by acting as the coordinating body for the purpose.
• To work toghether with other groups that think the same way and to build a sense of cooperation with all such groups all over India.
